Refund Policy

ARTICLE 1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, accompanied by all accessories and in its original packaging. Any excessive use or damage to the product may result in the refund being refused.

ARTICLE 2 – EXTENDED RETURN POLICY (30 DAYS)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer our customers a 30-day return policy ("Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back"). 

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Neoflo belt, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return policy:
The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, accompanied by all accessories (USB cable, instructions, travel bag) and in its original packaging.

Any excessive use, damage to the product, or missing accessories may result in a reduction in the refund amount or even a refusal to refund. In the event of an incomplete return or significant signs of wear and tear/damage, a discount will be applied to the refund amount.

ARTICLE 3 – REFUND PROCEDURE

We will inform you of the procedure to follow to make your return.

Refunds will be issued after receipt and verification of the product. Once the product has been received and approved, we will refund the total amount of your initial purchase within 14 days (using the same payment method used when placing the order).

ARTICLE 4 – RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you suspect that a product is defective, please contact customer service at contact@neoflo.co. After receipt and analysis, if a defect is confirmed, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
