Terms and Conditions

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of the Neoflo breathing belt marketed by Neoflo SAS on the website www.neoflo.co. They apply to all orders placed by consumers and professionals. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

2. PRODUCTS
The neoflo breathing belt is a non-connected electronic product designed to help manage stress through guided breathing (tactile vibrations).
Features: 3 vibro-tactile motors, 7 programs, 10-hour battery life, USB-C rechargeable. Complies with CE, UKCA, FCC, and RoHS standards.

Restrictions on use: The belt is not a medical device. It does not replace a medical consultation. Product contraindicated for pregnant women and people with pacemakers.

3. PRICES
Prices are quoted in euros, including all applicable taxes. Neoflo SAS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. PURCHASE AND ORDERING
The customer confirms their order after reading the Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is mandatory to finalize the purchase.
Modification: The customer may cancel or modify their order until shipment. After shipment, the return conditions apply.

5. PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the product is purchased as a pre-order:
- Payment is taken immediately (reservation at a preferential rate).
- Delivery will be made from the estimated date indicated on the website.
- Cancellation is possible at any time before shipment with a full refund within 14 days.
- If the product is not shipped within 2 months after the estimated date, cancellation is possible.

6. PAYMENT
Payment is secure (SSL) via Shopify Payments. Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal. The order is only confirmed after full payment has been received.

7. LEGAL WARRANTIES
Conformity warranty (2 years): In accordance with Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Hidden defects warranty: In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In the event of a defect, contact contact@neoflo.co for repair or replacement.

8. LIABILITY
The product must not be used for medical purposes without professional advice. Neoflo SAS's liability is limited to the value of the product and does not cover indirect damages.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
The performance of Neoflo SAS's obligations shall be suspended in the event of force majeure (disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site and neoflo technology are protected by patents and copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited.

11. MEDIATION AND DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR). In the absence of an agreement, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction. Applicable law: French law.
