General Sales Conditions (GSC)
1. Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales of the neoflo breathing belt marketed by Neoflo SAS, on the website www.neoflo.co (hereinafter “the Site”).
These GCS apply to all orders placed by consumers (individuals) and professionals (therapists, coaches, etc.) on the Site. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Neoflo SAS.
Any order placed on the Site implies Neoflo SASʼ unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Neoflo SAS reserves the right to modify them at any time, the applicable GTC being those in force at the date of the order.

3. Products
The neoflo breathing belt is a non-connected electronic product designed to aid stress management through guided breathing techniques. This product offers 7 breathing programs and uses tactile vibrations to guide the user.

7 different programs adapted to various relaxation and stress management needs.
10-hour battery life, rechargeable via USB-C.
Adjustable belt from 65 cm to 145 cm.
Product complies with CE, UKCA, FCC and RoHS standards.

Care instructions:
The belt must not get wet or be subjected to extreme temperatures.
Clean with a damp cloth only.
Do not pull the belt excessively. After use, it should be stored in its travel bag.
Restrictions on use:
The neoflo breathing belt is not a medical device and in no way replaces medical consultation in the case of respiratory disorders or chronic illnesses.
This product is contraindicated for pregnant women and people with pacemakers.
4. Prix
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and include the VAT applicable on the day the order is placed.
Special offers:
Promotions may be offered during pre-order periods, as well as during specific promotional campaigns (sales, special offers).
Price revision:
Neoflo SAS reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in force at the time of order validation.
Delivery charges:
- Metropolitan France: Free delivery.
- International: Delivery charges vary according to geographical zone and are payable by the customer. They will be calculated when the order is validated.
5. Purchasing and Ordering
Ordering process:
Orders are placed online via the Site. The customer selects the product, adds it to the basket and validates the order after having read these GTC.
Acceptance of the GCS :
The customer must accept the GCS by ticking the box “Iʼaccept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale” before finalizing the order. Without this acceptance, the order cannot be validated.
Order modification or cancellation:
The customer may cancel or modify his order until the product is shipped. After shipment, only the return and cancellation conditions apply. All requests must be made to the following email address: contact@neoflo.co.
6. Pre-order conditions
Definition of pre-order:
Pre-orders allow customers to purchase the neoflo product before its official availability. By placing a pre-order, you agree that delivery of the product will take place at a later date, once the product is available in stock.
Estimated delivery times:
Pre-orders of the neoflo belt will be shipped from an estimated date of receipt from our production. Although we make every effort to meet these deadlines, exceptional circumstances may cause delivery delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will inform you and you will have the opportunity to cancel your pre-order.
Payment:
The total amount of the pre-order is due and will be debited immediately upon validation of the order. The order confirmation serves as proof of purchase and reservation of the product for you, at the preferential rate.
Cancellation and refund:
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting us at contact@neoflo.co. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of your request. If the product is not shipped within 2 months of the estimated date, you will also have the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.

Les précommandes bénéficient d’une réduction exclusive. Cette réduction est limitée dans le temps et ne sera plus applicable une fois la phase de précommande terminée. Le tarif normal sera appliqué dès la disponibilité officielle du produit.
Special discount for pre-orders
Pre-orders benefit from an exclusive discount. This discount is limited in time and will no longer apply once the pre-order phase is over. The normal price will be applied as soon as the product is officially available.
7. Payment
Payment methods accepted:

Secure payment:
Payment of orders is secured via the service provider Stripe, which uses an SSL encryption system to guarantee transaction security.
Order validation:
The order will only be validated after receipt of full payment. In the event of rejection or payment incident, the order will be cancelled.
8. Delivery
Delivery zones:
Products are delivered to Metropolitan France, Europe, and certain international countries such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada.
Delivery methods:
Delivery is made by a logistics service provider (Houtch – FuturLog). The preferred method of delivery is against signature (at home or at a relay point).
Approximate delivery time: 2 to 3 working days for Metropolitan France and 4 to 5 working days for Europe.
Damaged parcel:
The customer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt and report any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product) within 48 hours, accompanied by photos. Any claim made after this time cannot be taken into account.
9. Import taxes
If you order a product from our site for delivery outside the European Union, the product may be subject to import taxes and customs duties.
lʼimportation taxes as well as customs duties, which will be levied upon delivery to the specified destination address. You will be responsible for payment of such customs duties and other import taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you are required to observe all applicable laws and guidelines in the country for which the products are intended. We will not be held responsible if you violate any such laws.
10. Withdrawal and returns
10.1 – Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has dʼa period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, accompanied by all accessories and in its original packaging. Excessive use or deterioration of the product may result in refusal of the refund.
10.2 – 30-day right of return
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer our customers a 30-day right of return.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your neoflo belt, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear and tear, with all accessories (USB cable, instructions, travel bag) and in its original packaging.
Any excessive use, deterioration of the product or lack of dʼaccessories could lead to a reduction in the amount refunded, or even refusal of the refund. In the event of incomplete returns or traces of significant wear/damage, a discount will be applied to the refund amount, calculated according to the missing elements and the productʼs general condition.
10.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and verification of the product.

We will inform you of the procedure to follow for your return.
Once the product has been received and approved, we will refund the total amount of your initial purchase within 14 days, if everything is in order (via the same payment method used for the order).
11. Warranties
Legal warranty of conformity:
The neoflo breathing belt is covered by a 2-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of articles
217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Warranty against hidden defects:
The customer also benefits from the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of a hidden defect, the customer must contact customer service at contact@neoflo.co to arrange a refund or replacement of the product after analysis.
12. Liability
Product use:
The neoflo product must not be used for medical purposes without the prior lʼavis dʼun professionnel de santé. Neoflo SAS cannot be held responsible in the event of misuse of the product by the customer.
Limitation of liability:
Neoflo SAS liability is limited to the value of the product ordered and cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the product.
13. Force majeure
Neoflo SAS shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by French case law (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, strikes, etc.).
In the event of force majeure, the performance of Neoflo SASʼ obligations will be suspended.
14. Intellectual property rights
All elements on the Site (text, images, logos, etc.) and the technology integrated into the neoflo breathing belt are protected by patents and copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction, exploitation or commercial use of the elements of the Site is strictly forbidden. In the event of infringement of these rights, legal sanctions will be applied.
15. Personal information
Personal information collected on the Site (surname, first name, address, email, telephone) is used solely for order management, lʼenvoi de newsletters and for marketing purposes.
In accordance with the RGPD, the customer has a right to access, modify and delete their data. To exercise this right, the customer can send a request to contact@neoflo.co.
Data may be shared with subcontractors, in particular for payment management (Stripe), delivery management (logistician) and the sending of newsletters (Brevo ex-Sendinblue).
16. Mediation and dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may have free recourse to a mediator via the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Should mediation fail, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Paris courts.
17. Applicable law
These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of translation of the GCS into other languages, the French version shall prevail in the event of discrepancy.
18. Changes to the GTC
Neoflo SAS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Customers will be informed of changes via notification on the Site or by email. Modifications will apply immediately to new orders.
