neoflo delivers to customers in mainland France, throughout the European Union, as well as in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and Canada.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Your orders are carefully prepared by our specialized logistics provider (FuturLog) and shipped with signature upon delivery for maximum security.

  • Standard Delivery:

    • Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days.

    • European Union and United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days.

    • International (USA, Canada, Switzerland): 5 to 8 business days.

  • Express Delivery:

    • Available for all areas. Delivery times and rates are calculated in real time when you check out (usually 1 to 2 business days for France, 2 to 4 days for international shipments).

SHIPPING COSTS

  • FREE Standard Delivery: For all orders shipped to mainland France mainland France, theEuropean Union and the United Kingdom.

  • Express Delivery or Other Areas: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your package and the delivery address.

NO HIDDEN COSTS: TAXES AND CUSTOMS (DDP)
For our customers residing outside the European Union (Switzerland, Canada, United States, etc.), neoflo has chosen to ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)mode.
All import taxes and customs duties are calculated and collected directly when you place your order on our website. You will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The final price paid at the time of ordering is guaranteed with no surprises.

RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE
Upon delivery, you are required to check the condition of the package. In the event of any anomaly (damaged package, missing product, or open box), you must notify us by email within 48 hours, accompanied by photos of the package and the product, so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
