General Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program

1. Purpose
The neoflo referral program (hereinafter “the Program”) is offered by NEOFLO, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €3,198.38, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 912 209 970, with its principal place of business located at 2 rue Versigny, 75018 Paris (hereinafter “neoflo”). It allows a neoflo customer (the “Referrer”) to recommend the neoflo breathing belt to someone they know (the “Referee”) and, subject to certain conditions, to receive a referral bonus.
Participation in the Program implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Program is distinct from the neoflo Ambassadors Program, which is reserved for professionals and is governed by separate terms and conditions.
2. Requirements for Becoming a Sponsor
Any individual of legal age, acting in a personal capacity, who has placed at least one order on neoflo.co and has a customer account may serve as a Referrer. Members of the neoflo Ambassadors program may not participate in both programs simultaneously.
The Referrer can obtain a personal referral link from their customer dashboard or from the referral page on neoflo.co.
3. Requirements for Becoming a Mentee
Any individual of legal age who has never placed an order on neoflo.co, does not already have a neoflo customer account, and whose email address, shipping address, and payment method are different from those of the Referrer may become a Referral.
The Referred User must place their first order using the Referrer's referral link (or the associated code) for the referral to be counted.
4. Benefits for the Referred Person
The Referred Customer receives a €20 discount (including tax) on their first order at neoflo.co. This discount is applied automatically when placing an order via the referral link or by entering the corresponding code.
The discount is valid only once, for a single order, and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or current offers. It cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash.
5. Referral Bonus
For each order placed by a Referral who meets the conditions set forth in Article 3 and is confirmed in accordance with Article 6, the Referrer receives a bonus of €10.
The bonus is paid via bank transfer to the account specified by the Referrer, or via PayPal. Payments are consolidated and made once a month, during the month following the order's confirmation.
The number of bonuses is limited to [10] per Referrer per calendar year. Beyond that, neoflo may invite the Referrer to join the Ambassadors Program, subject to its own terms and conditions.
The referral bonus is a promotional offer from neoflo. The Referrer does not perform any services for neoflo and is in no way a delegate, agent, or representative of neoflo.
6. Sponsorship Approval
A referral is considered valid once the Referred Friend's order has been paid for and delivered, and the cancellation and refund period offered by neoflo has expired without being exercised—that is, 45 days after the order was placed.
No commission is due if the Referred Customer's order is canceled, fully refunded, returned, or if the payment is declined or disputed.
7. Prohibited Uses
The following are prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonuses and exclusion from the Program:
- self-referral, whether direct or through the use of multiple accounts, addresses, or payment methods;
- sharing the referral link or code on websites or apps that feature promotional codes, coupons, or cashback offers;
- posting the link in public spaces with no personal connection to the Sponsor (mass comments, forums, ads) or by sending unsolicited messages (spam);
- the purchase of keywords, advertisements, or domain names that include the "neoflo" trademark;
- any misleading representation of the Neoflo belt, its effects, or the Program, including, in particular, any medical or therapeutic claims.
A Referrer who shares their link online agrees to disclose that they will receive a benefit if an order is placed.
8. Personal Information
As part of the Program, neoflo processes the following data: for the Referrer, their last name, first name, email address, customer ID, payment information for the bonus payment, and referral history; for the Referral, the data necessary to process their order and link it to the Referrer.
The Referred User accesses neoflo.co via a link that he or she chooses to open; the Referrer does not provide any of the Referred User's contact information to neoflo.
The legal basis for this processing is the implementation of the Program (legitimate interest and performance of the contract). The data is hosted and processed by our program management service provider, Shopjar, and by Shopify, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at [link]. The Referrer is informed of the Referral’s first name when a referral is registered; the Referral is informed of the Referrer’s name when they receive an invitation.
Data is retained for the duration of participation in the Program and thereafter for the applicable statutory periods. Each participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by writing to philippe@neoflo.fr.
9. Changes to and Termination of the Program
neoflo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, the amounts of rewards, or to suspend or terminate the Program at any time, with 15 days' notice posted on this page. Referrals approved before the effective date will remain valid.
neoflo reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reward, and to exclude a participant, in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, fraud, or suspected fraud, without any compensation being owed.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken; the consumer may contact the consumer mediator listed in our Terms and Conditions.
