There are no contraindications to practicing deep breathing as long as you proceed at your own pace and don’t push yourself too hard.

However, due to vibrations in the abdominal area and as a safety precaution, the neoflo belt is not recommended for pregnant women.

If you have a pacemaker, be sure to maintain a distance of 15 cm (6 in) between the neoflo belt and the pacemaker to avoid any interference. In any case, consult your doctor before use.

No, neoflo is not a medical device.

neoflo is a wellness tool that uses vibrations to guide deep breathing, helping users calm down and better manage daily stress. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not intended to treat or prevent any disease.

If you experience severe or persistent symptoms, or if you have a known medical condition, consult your doctor.

The battery lasts 10 hours, or 30 twenty-minute sessions. The battery recharges in 2-3 hours with a USB-C cable.

The neoflo belt is lightweight and fits waists from 65 to 140 cm (25 to 55 inches) thanks to its Velcro fastener and 40 cm (16 inches) extension.

The belt is easy to clean with a damp cloth.
